The purchased template cannot be imported to my X5 prof.

Dear Sir,
I had just purchased a "Shopping Time" project template. The cleverbridge reference number is 68484698. I downloaded the software and installed it into my win8 system, and then import the "Shopping Time" template into my Website X5 prof. Unluckily, I cannot open the "Shopping Time" project template and an error message is pop up as below:
Shopping Time
An error occurred while loading the Project.
[There is an error in XML document(7043, 271).]
Please, try your best to provide solution to me, as I need to use the template to finish an urgent project.

The template you are refering to has been made for version 11.
It will therefor not work in V10.
I think there are 2 options, go for V11, or ask a refund for the template and search for another one.

you already have the graphic parts, even though not much graphic being used in that template.
