Error in XML document while loading project

I am running W5v10. When previewing my website I was shown a message indicating that an error had occurred when saving the website. When I tried to save the website (and each time I subsequently try to open it) I get the following error message: 'An error occurred while loading the project. [There is an error in XML document (2244697,6)] Can you help please?

Hello Jim,
Open the preferences of the program to see in which folder the projects are stored and then open this folder and search the folder with the project name you get this error and open it. Inside the folder you will find another folder called library. You need to open it and rename the idex.xml file to old.xml and the backup.xml file to index.xml file. Once done open again the program and try to open the project.

Hi Claudio. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I misread your instructions and accidentally deleted files. I've started building my site again, and because it's a pretty big site I am making frequent backup versions, which I would recommend everyone to do.
