i don't know the Yandeks.ru, service. I test it with Gogole Service and there aren't erros:

I tested the sitemap file on google and there are no errors. Probably only that service generates them and they are not important errors. You could find more information on it in order to change that file. It has to be compatible with the serivce you are using. You can if you wish, change that serivce in order to analise the sitemap.
