Hello ....I have the same problem .....bought the programme about 3 years ago but since moved cities and cant even find the box and cd anymore. Also cant find the product key.
Using the programme fine still cos still using same computer but unable to update.

Please open a new post when you have questions, do not add them to other post or else I will not be able to help you.
You have to give me any kind of information that can help me find your licence key: the email you used to order your program or to register it, the name etc. As soon as I will find it, I will help you update.
