Douai Abbey is a monastery of the English Benedictine Congregation located in Berkshire, England. It was founded in Paris in 1615 by English Catholic exiles, and moved to the Douai in Flanders in the early 19th century. In 1903 the community finally returned to England, settling in Woolhampton where it has remained to this day. The monks welcome guests for retreats, conferences or just quiet time. All are welcome to attend their divine worship in the abbey church.
