Activation Website X5 does not function

Ik probeer het zojuist aangeschafte "Website X5 Evolution 10" te activeren. Nu meldt het programma dat het email-adres niet correct zou zijn, en dat is dan weer incorrect: ik gebruik hetzelfde email adres als waarop de bevestiging van de bestelling binnengekomen is.
Hoe verder?

Posted above in Dutch to which no reaction, so now trying in English.
I ordered Website X5 and when activating the program said the email address was not correct with the activation key.
How to solve this problem? Allready tried to call +39 0125 1925777 but phone is not answered!
