Websitex5 upload old version of site ?  en

Need help. I had my website up and running when I used the standard file /html

Now I needed to create new folders /html/buy4me_de  and /html/buy4me_en  for use of the english and german version. The preview is correct before I upload but then it constantly uploads the old german version no matter what I do.  (Welcome page = old and all others forbidden)

What can I do to get it back working and not use only 1 folder ?

The goal is to point different domains to different folders but with new and accurate version. Do you  recomment to try to export and upload with FileZilla or so? I am not sure if my problem is from WebsiteX5 or somewhere on the folder structure?

Any ideas?

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) Server at buy4me.club Port 80

That is all I get now from my website :( ???

I will try to upload the German version in /html  folder only and see if I can get it back up

Whatever I do.. preview before export is correct.. after export is old and cannot be accessed.

How to delete whatever WebsiteX5 has somewhere without the loss of my template. I do not see how I can fix this.

Basically how to delete ALL exported files and start fresh but without the loss of the template made. These look correct and new but somewhere at export it gets messed up. I am using WebsiteX5 to export. Tried to export full site and modified site with same results.. looks good on my site and when exported ends up in old version.

Any ideas?

Liliane,

Is it working? Just checked your site and it is switching between languages.

Hi PJ D

Yes it is working now.. but it took like 10 times upload until it "over ruled" the old version. Somehow it kept old data somewhere.  At least I know that the principle with the subdomain and pointing the site to folder has worked the way I planned ..it was just a technical upload problem with not full content.

Will do some minor changes later one and hope the next synch will go smoothly. :)
