I published mywebsite salesbutI have a problem.I have only oneitemof each productbut whena customer makesapurchase through thesitethe productremainsinformedon the website asavailable for sale. I thought that the program would change the product sold for "sold" or "reserved".

This is not possible. The program has no stock. You can Populate only in the description of availability. And then point out that it may be that you can not deliver. Create a new theme as inspiration and write there your request

I was not aware of this limitation of the Website X5 Evolution 10. In other words, the ecommerce that is reported in the Incomedia website is partially functional. Well, for now I'll have to adapt these informations on the site and manage this gap !!!

You can create an IDEA post for Incomedia to ask them to support a function like that. Maybe they will consider it and add it in an update or newer version.

If you click on websitex5answers on top here, you will go to the home site of x5 answers, there on top is a button with this text: Publish your Question, Idea or Praise
There you can select Idea post for Incomedia.
