Try a new full upload.
Check if your hosting has PHP support and what version.

Hi.
I do have php and I have sorted this problem out with a full upload. But now I have upgraded to x5 11. when I type the digts in, it keeps saying wrong digits when they are not. I have had tio remove the captcha from my website. as noone can contact me. It used to work with x510

Try first ctrl-f5 when revisiting. This refreshes the data to the latest upload.
If this does not help I suggest to clear you upload hosting folder.
Then do full upload with latest version.
