Upload Problems  en

I had to manually upload 5 larger files to my site because the upload kept failing. Is there a way to remove these files from the upload queue? Every time I make changes to my site, it keeps trying to upload these same 5 files which means I have to manually change them again EVERY TIME.

What kind of files are they?

I would try to upload these files and then use a link in x5 to these files so you have in your project only the link. But it depend a bit on the content the files and how you using it.

1 file is a large .PDF and the other 4 are .MP4 video files. They are all currently on my site and working fine, however every time I make a change, these files are in the upload queue since they never actually finished uploading and start to overwrite the existing ones. So, I have to manually replace them each time to make the links for them work again. I just need a way to remove them from the queue so the software doesn't try to upload them each time.

I understand what you want, but you can't disable them from queue.

You could upload them with an ftp program (fillezilla) set them in a seperate map on your webhost.

Then make a link in x5 in your project to the webhoost map where you set the files.

This way x5 will keep on working, you don't have to upload them over and over again if you change other parts of your website.

Let me know if this helps.
