Cannot import X5 Evo V10 projects into V11

I have just downloaded the latest version of Website X5 V11 and now cannot import the previous websites constructed with the previous verison of X5 V10, Can anyone please assist me.

It helps if you can say why not, where does it go wrong? a prtscrn maybe?
Also there is guide for v10 to v11 with detailed information about importing, have you checked to see if that helps you ?
