Ver 11 - I can't find how to put pdf file like I did in ver 10

I just upgraded from ver 10 to ver 11. I had no problem putting a pdf either a pop up or a file on the web in ver 10 as a widgt in html. I can't find it in ver 11.. help!

There is a filter to keep content within the page of x5 on the top right, eather select all or just the widgets option
