How to install V11 to another location

I am using windows 8.1 with the system on a SSD. I want to install website to drive "D:\Program Files (x86)" where all my applications are stored. The current installation program does not give me the option.

Hello Allan,
Run the setup file. After selecting the setup language to use, click 'OK'.
Click 'Next' on the following screen...
You'll now be on the license agreement screen. Click on the radio button to 'accept the agreement'... as you do so the 'Preferences' button underneath will become active.
Click on 'Preferences' and adjust the installation path to your liking in the screen that opens. Then install as normal.
