Email form not working  en

On transferring a website from V10 to V11, the email forms no longer work.

Everything worked before conversion.

The emails forms still work fine on my other V10 sites.

Any advice please.

Hello Michael,

In the first instance please update to version 11.0.1.12 which was released yesterday.  You can do that from within the software itself, or alternatively download from here:

http://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads

The new version contains some fixes to the functionality of the email forms, which may resolve your issue.

Thanks for trying the update, Michael.

It may be that there is yet an unresolved issue in the new version 11 affecting the email forms.  We will look for an official response from Incomedia when they return to work on Monday.  I will notify them and ask for help on your behalf.

In the meantime, can you give a little more detail as to what exactly happens when you try to use the email forms?  As much information as you can would aid in troubleshooting.

Also, can you confirm that you are using the same script settings to send the emails in version 11 as you did in version 10?  These can be found in  Step 4 Advanced Settings > Data Management > Email form script type/data submission type
