I've asked Incomedia for assistance for you, but in the meantime have you tried reinstalling the software, in case your installation has somehow become corrupt?
Please check also for Windows updates, and that your graphics drivers are up-to-date.

Do you get this message when you try to open a project or when the program starts?
If it happens with a project can you please try to see if the same happens if you start a new one?
Can you please also tell me what windows version do you use?
