Trouble updating to version 11. Please help!

Hi guys,
I've had version 9.something for a long time and am trying to update to version 11. I purchased and downloaded the update but am putting in onto my new computer.
It asked me for me email address as it was an update version which I put in, but then on the next page it requested a username and password.
Where do I find that? I don't remember ever setting this up or where I can find it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your username should be the email address you used to register here on WebSite X5 Answers, and your password again the same as you used on here.
