Problems with E-Commerce.  en

Sorry for my bad english but my problem is as follows:

I have created several tutorials with Camtasia, which I want to sell access to my customers. All the tutorials have their own folders (40 folders) where I have copied all Camtasia files. The folders are created with an ftp client om my webserver! Is there any way I can import these folders in to WebSite X5 Pro?

Today I have created a locked page with link to these folders. I also wish that my client can see the videos in a Showbox, with the option for full screen.

How can I solve this in a sensible and safe way for my business?

Hello Bjorn,

You can use the audio Vdioe Object and paste the url to the video you uploaded. You do this for every video file and it will be visible in the website.

Many thanks!

That doesn't work for Camtasia. Browser (Chrome, IE) are asking for "Media Player Plugin".

Hello Bjorn,

What codec you used to create the video files?

Are you using as video codec h.264 to create mp4 files?

This format is the most supported natively on the browsers to be displayed without to install any plugins.

Many thanks!
