How used installed fonts in Website X5

Hello,
I install new free fonts on my computer. I can used them in Photoshop and i see them in Photoshop but when i want used them in Website then I don't see them in the program. Where can be problem?
Everything is installed corectly.

For example i install "odstemplik" font (this is polish font):

I see this font in Photoshop, OpenOffice Writer and other programs but i don't see this font in Website X5 and i don't have possibility to use this font in the program.
I know that if i want use the font on the web i need a script and install font on the server - but there is not a problem. Problem is that I can not use this font IN the program because a don't see this font IN the program.
I use PRO V10 - I don't have V11.

Did you install the font in the system font folder in C:\windows\fonts or you installed it and left it in another folder?
The program can only find the fonts installed and moved in the system font folder.

Yes i install them in system Font folder. But still i don't see them in the program.
I see one fonts in Website program with i install but another fonts i don't see. I don't know what is going one.
This looks like the program chose a font which he wants to see.

What font type it is the one you dont see? Is is an TTF or an OTF file?
The program uses the TTF font files.
