Exporting problem

Hi there
This is my first time making a website. i have made a basic website, have a domain name with one.com, I have made sure the program is running through my firewall ok. when i hit the export export button, it says unable to connect, please check my provider details are correct.
i have done copy and paste for both username and password from one.com to the export page.
What am i missing?

Hello Brendon,
Those logon credentials don't look right, unfortunately, but the good news is that one.com have excellent help files which will assist you in discovering just what you should enter in the relevant fields.
Please take a look at the following two articles:

You will notice that your FTP username and password is distinctive and unique from your email address and password.
