V11pro Win 8.1 x64 - Email link on Footer does nothing

Refer www.marcoimports.co.nz now live but still in creation mode, so no SEO yet.
The Email form object works with the nominated email address, the host is the Incomedia recommended php capable A2Hosting.com, and the footer link to the same email address does nothing. using Chroome V29 and IE V11.0.14. All updates have been applied to the browsers, to Win 8.1 and V11Pro updated again today.
Appreciate thoughts and solutions

It seems like this might be a localised problem pertaining to your own computer's configuration.
I tested the footer link in Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox, and it opened my email program straightaway in each case.
When you hover the mouse pointer above the email link on your own PC, does the pointer change to a hand/finger icon, indicating a link?
If not, then you may have to clear your browser cache.
Have you set a default email program in Windows 8.1, which will be invoked when such links are clicked?

Thanks Paul, cache is cleared, my default mail is Outlook 2013 and yes its a hand/finger..
Just took the auto update to Win 8.1 last week and thats changed things. Good spotting. Outlook was set to 12 of 14 default options. Just changed Outlook to ALL defaukts and bingo and it works.. Thanks, thats twice in a month you have helped. Appreciated.
That project file has gone from 68mb to a whopping 666mb. but I will make that a different post or I will get growled at.
