New PC and must re-install both X5 v8 and X5v 10

I have just got a new PC and need to install both v8 evolution and v10 evolution on it. I have the original instalation disks but do I need new activation codes for the products? If so, where do I get the code?
AND why doesn't the customer service with Incomedia have a simple 'contact us' tab? NOT very user friendly at all!
I notice the 'product' tab on this page does not allow for questions on V8? Seems Incomedia arn't too bothered about long term customers?

Andrew, Sorry but I can't speak for Incomedia standing regarding V8.To be honest I did not even read the post so sorry about that.
But I can help with your registration, although, set you on your way should be more accurate...
Top right there is a buttun here in answers with profile on it, click it and choose download there you wil find the latest versions. also you will find your product key, togeteher with the mail adres you bought x5 with, the same you use here in answers, you can reinstall your versions.
