What must be done to add the website to my profile?

Hi,
Since last week i am de new webmaster of the website www.mfcsiheusden-zolder.be.
I recreated the website and now i want to add it to my profile! I can't do that because de site is alraedy posted by the old webmaster (Niels Ivens). What must be done to add the website to my profile?

could you please give me a link to the old website that has been published in the gallery by Niels Ivens? I will then be able to delete that post and you can add you new website in the Gallery then connect it to your profile.

Hello Samantha;
The old link was the same as the new link (www.mfcsiheusden-zolder.be). FIRST i had transferred the old website to my new host and then publiced the new one under the same name.
