Html tab disappeared and loading error

I made a website, uploaded it and it is live on the web. I made edits in the software, uploaded it and the changes did not occur on the website. Then after trying it a few times my html tab disappeared and I get a trouble loading error when looking at it in the software.

In the first instance could you please update to the newest release of the WebSite X5 software, which is 10.1.12.57 - at the moment you are running an extremely old release. Updating will rule out any known bugs as the possible cause of your issues.
You can update from within the program itself, or alternatively download from here:

Once downloaded, right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator' - there's no need to uninstall your existing copy of WebSite X5 first.
With regards to "changes not occuring on the website"... please ensure that you clear your browser cache by holding down the CTRL key and pressing F5 (a few times if necessary!) which will force a full reload of the webpage. Your newest edits should then be visible. This is normal browser behaviour, and not directly related to WebSite X5 as such.
