I renamed backup file then opened it but pictures not opened. They show errors. Help me. How can I open it?

What is the actual error message? Can you post the exact text of the error here, or post a screenshot of the error instead?
As much information as possible would be very useful. It is difficult to say what is causing your issue otherwise.
