Incorrect display of the fonts

I have few titles written by Arial Narrow font in websitex5. But being uploaded to the website the font transforms on some pages - into Times New Roman, on the others - into Arial.
Different browsers show different fonts on the same page. I asked other people to look at this pages. One saw Times New Roman 28 pt and another - Times New Roman 12 pt.
Is it a bug in the programm?

This is not unexpected behaviour, nor a bug in WebSite X5, as Arial Narrow is not a 'web-safe' font. It might be installed in some user's browsers, whilst absent on others.
If you want your site to display exactly as designed across all devices then you can either stick to 'web-safe' fonts like Arial, and Times New Roman, or alternatively make use of the new Web Fonts functionality within version 11:
