Hi,
Please I am customer since X9. I do have professional 10 and now professional 11 Website x5
After install professional x11, some times software ask for activation (it was activated) , and I do it. Today I got answer that I did several times and did not active.
Please, how do I solve this. I use windows 7 on my macbook with parallels.
And how Do I active my X11 - I have uninstall and install some times trying fix this, but now was not possible...

Please read the entire thread through carefully, paying particular attention to administrative rights.
The thread references the Evolution version, but applies equally to the Professional version... just substitute Professional for Evolution as necessary in the file paths.

Yes Maneco, if you follow the steps advised by Claudio in the thread I referred to then you should be able to activate successfully... the repeated requests for reactivation should cease.
