Uploads to the net not performing correctly

I recently added a welcome page and uploaded the site. Since then IE9 is not rendering the home page correctly - the other pages are fine. Also the advertising pop-up associated with the Home page either doesn't load or is out of position. It works OK on Firefox and Chrome, except that the advertising pop-up is out of position.

you made some mistakes.
first you need to add your google code inside the head tag
<metaname="google-site-verification" content="ey7IhddnTXan88Bl8xT_urS4ROGI18rrNH0JVOwZAC0" />
yours is outside!
also <htmllang="en-GB" dir="ltr">
this needs to be inside the head tag as well.
after you fixing it, probably everthing will work just fine.
Always remember, 1 mistake in code can lead to many other problems/errors.
Just go to expert tab and copy the code "after openning the head tag"

you only need 1 type of google ownership verification.
copy the code inside you page or you will download the html page and uploaded to your host.
what you did was, you got the html file but you copied the html file name inside the x5 setting and tha is wrong.
you already have the code " <meta name="google-site-verification" content="ey7IhddnTXan88Bl8xT_urS4ROGI18rrNH0JVOwZAC0" /> "
just put it in the right place which in after openning the head tag, and you are done, no need for googlec815311451028991.html

here is another mistake
this needs to be copied inside your website keywords section
MOT, car repairs, servicing, tyres, exhausts, batteries, car insurance, meerkat, Tring, Wigginton, Aldbury, Pitstone Green, Marston, Aston Clinton, Cow Roast, Northchurch, Ivinghoe, Herts
but you copied that one inside your head tag without any proper coding.
you already have them over there (as keywords), remove them from coding section.
