I keep getting 'Error While project loading' message when i try to open my website?

I have tried to change the .bws to .iwp but it still didn't work.

i use a pretty old version of website X5 but not sure which, and have attached a picture of the error message.

My url is www.the-restoration.com

i'm guessing the file is corrupted but i can't seem to upload it here? Can anyone Help!
