Export didn't update changes made to website

My website is a3dayjourney.com. I updated my site by adding some pages and editing some others and when I exported it, it showed it uploaded fine etc but when I go to my actual site and check it, my changes do not appear. The page I edited was Moving Mountains, and I added some pages that are gotten to by clicking on links on the Moving Mountains page. Because that page does not show my links, I can't tell if it has my pages or not. I did not get any error messages and it shows that it uploaded fine. I have tried it 3 times and still nothing. Any ideas? All help is greatly appreciated.

I just tried uploading the entire site again, it showed uploaded fine, no errors but my changes still do not show up! Bummer! Thank you in advance for your help.
. . . you also tried with another browser - or using >STRG< + >F5< to update browser - or killed browser-cache ?
