When I click on update of Version 11, the word Beta appears. How do I know if I am running the Beta version or the full version?
If it is the Beta version, how do I change it to the full version?

have you ever signed up for beta version? if not, then it can not be a beta version. only users who signed up for beta version will receive the beta updates.

You do not have a licence key for WebSite X5 Evolution 11 , you only have the Beta version of it. If you would like to have the full version, I'm sure you will be able to upgrade to it. Please look into the ''offers for me'' section in your control panel for more information and feel free to write back if you have anymore questions about this.

I purchased the full version on 14/10/2014 (Reference #64544960: Your WebSite X5 Evolution 11 order)
I was experiencing great difficulties when I placed links in the website and the programme shut down on almost every occasions. It was suggested that I use the Beta version. I now would like to use the full version which I assume has had the bugs fixed.
What do I do to re-activate the full version 11?

I have been back in touch with Cleverbridge Support and they re-issued the file to me. I downloaded the full version of the software which I had originally purchased on 14/10/2014 and I am attaching a screen image before I update the software. Please note the reference to Update (Beta).
Which version would you suggest that I am using?
