Turning off self-created tooltips  en

My entire web site was successively converted and enhanced from Evo 9, 10, and now 11.

When I opened this page:

http://www.lamensdorf.com.br/traducao-juramentada-1.html

today, all the buttons but the first (the button is the same jpg, the links are different) red and the first blue had vanished! WSX5 would jam when I replaced them back (would un-jam after Ctrl+Alt+Del popped up the Task manager). I eventually deleted all other button placeholders, copied and pasted the first of each, fixed the link, and got everything right.

The problem now is that the newly placed buttons show an unwanted "tooltip".

Please compare it with

http://www.lamensdorf.com.br/sworn-translation.html

- exactly the same page, however in English - where nothing of this kind occurred.

Please, how/where can I turn off these tooltips?

Thanks!

open your table, click on your image, go to the link, click on Description tab and remove image file from there.

Thanks, Anthony.

The idea is sound, but...

a) I can't remove the image file from there, though it will allow me to replace it with any other.

b) I can't set the tooltip width to 0.

c) I can't copy such a button from the "OK" page (where it is as you suggest - no pic on tooltip description), as all Copy/Cut/Paste options are grayed out. Only Paste is enabled.

Possibly a software glitch. Maybe the easiest solution would be that "Description" window having a "Tooltip off" check box, that would do away with it, regardless of what is entered on the other fields there.

Hello Jose,

To remove the image click usethe right click and then it will appear the option to remove it.

The tooltip cannot be set to 0. If you dont want to have it anymore remove text and image and then this will no longer be shown.

Many thanks!

Found it!

No point in blanking the tooltip filename and leaving it blank.

The solution is in RIGHT-clicking on the filename field to open a menu, and then clicking on "Remove".

Thanks!
