Welcome page background not transparent  en

Hi Guy's

I have a little problem with the welcome page i need the background to be transparent i have tried every setting "I think" but when the page loads i see the the small image in the centre but the backgroound is white any advice?

Oh buy the way you guy's rock :)

if you are using v11 pro, inside the welcome page, second section " Page background" choose background color, then choose transparrent, make sure the image file field is empty.

remove all the files and folders from your host and upload your entire website again.

check your website, then hit Ctrl+F5

also please see attached what it looks like the centre image is ok but the background is white i need it to be clear so when the page loads only the image is seen in the welcome page and you can see the home page in the bacground thanks

I see now, well you made it transparrent, however it is not a pop up image, and its your index page, so browser by default will give white color to it since it is a html/php page.

transparent means nothing in html/php pages (in this case), since you have to have a bg, then if you add a picture, you can ask to be transparrent (the image/content) to show your bg behind it. this is a normal behavior of the internet browsers.
