How can i change the color of the font in the guestbook. were it says name, e-mail, website and comments ?

in general setting, Template style, Text style, setting for "page text" and "fields" and "Button" will change your text inside guest book. there is no seperate setting for guest book, all these settings will apply to your entire website.
