Email with order details not being received  en

When purchases are made on the above site the seller is no longer receiving the automated email with details of the order. When the site was set up this email service functioned correctly. I have made no changes to the Shopping Cart settings and there have been no changes to the seller's email address or settings - she is receiving other emails normally.

She does receive the Paypal invoice for each order but this only contains the order number, not the name of the product, so she then has to contact the buyer to find out what they want to buy - not very professional.

Please can you tell me how I the automated email service can be restored?

I think something has been changed inside her webhost if you did not update the website and its been sitting there from the beginning.

but I just check the website and you update the website after the resent x5 update.

check the script and change it to low-level script and test it (step4 advance setting>data management).
