Optimal number of key words

Can you advise how many keywords are optimal for the main page and for each page in the site map.
I use Evolution 9 and when I type more than 10 keywords, the figure above the entering field turns red. What does it mean?

Hi Maxim,
Keywords are not important any more, but better play safe than sorry, have 10 keword for each of your pages, also have a good tiltle for each page, title is realy important.
also remember in x5, leave the title and keyword of the website empty (in first step) instead go to map creation and give each page their unique title, key words and description.
if you put anything inside step 1 general setting, (website title, website description) that will be copied in every pages and you do not want to have 1 title for your entire website.
in 2015 goole does not realy look in to the keywords, but better to have them, like I said befor 10 is enough for each page, but make sure you have the content about it inside your page.
read some article as well, just search on google ;)

only www.wdesigners.us wich I made it with v10 pro, I have a plan to update it to v11 pro
for (http://www.usx5.com) I used wordpress, since x5 can not have forum and the www.usx5host.com is a totaly custom design since it has to be link and work with web hosting control software.
