Unable to receive email after upgrading to X5 Version 11

Once again, following an update, I find that I am unable to receive orders from a site that I manage.
The site ordering system works fine it seems and proceeds through to producing an order number and link to Paypal. Fine.
However no order details are getting to me and I'm having to contact buyers via their Paypal email address asking them to let me know what their order actually was. Pretty embarrassing and annoying. I had a similar problem last year which resolved itself on the next update - however, in the meantime, I am losing revenue.
I'm running Version 11 complete with the latest update. Please help?

did you update the website after upgrade? if yes, try to update it again, but this time upload the entire website and not just updated pages!
