How can I import file from version 9 into version 11 FAQ does not have answer: I had a demo version 9, want to import file in new free download version 11 but cannot EXPORT the file as FAQ tells me to do.

thats is a demo version and has limitations, so simply you can not. the faq was created base on normal version not the free/demo version.
create your website again, but this time you better buy one of the versions for the future!
