I dont know what you mean, but I check your link and any image you choose from thumbnail will play inside your 360 gallery! do you have the v10 version so I would be able to see the difference?

I cant load v11 as it will affect my live site.

Maybe you can use the following code in v10 and 11pro and you will see.

it is working fine.  the problem is whithin the x5 inrernal browser.
