Agreement Conditions

Hi guys,
How do I make it so the agreement conditions are all able to be showing on the page. Currently they go into a text area which only shows part unless they scroll down in the text area by the slide on the side. This idea does not work for me. I need it all to be seen so that people cannot say they did not see it all.

change the number of the row from default (3), to any row you want.
