Google Street View is not working, the program crashes and exits. What is the solution?

Correct i have the same problem
in recent update that been changed, you need to remove it and add again, in recent update log file is stated :
Removed the options Google do not longer allows in anonymous mode: Street View and Map visualization together, Terrain Mode, Show Tip and Show the navigator.
then upload your entire website again.

Could you please specify what update you mean? Also could you maybe provide me a step by step action plan how to do it?

latest update was 11.0.4.21.
just remove the Map object from your page. save it and add a new one over there. upload your entire website.

Unfortunate after I remove the Map object and read it again, upload the website or more trying to upload the website because the program freezes. Also i got black street view as shown in the screenshot.
Do I need some additional steps or collect logs?

Tryto repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.5 and then click ok.
Once done test also the map object in a new project to see if you get the same issue.

No errors when repairing the .NET Framework, it went smooth. Also computer is up to date, the latest windows update fixes are installed.
Have you any ideas, why the app is crashing? Should i collect any application based logs?

Hi!
I have removed, then reinstalled it, now in preview mode i see only black screen and if i point to it with the mouse or change anything on the object, then the application is crashing again.
We have however now a difference, the above happens ~3 times from 4, sometimes now i can save it. Any idea....

Try to start windows in safe mode and then test the program again to see if the program works correctly.
If it works then there is a program which is causing this issue on your computer. If also there it appears the same then probably it will be necessary to repair windows since some components are not working correctly.

Hello Claudio,
After i start Windows in safe mode I get the following error message when trying to load any project into the program:
„A new guard page for the stack cannot be created”
This looks like a memory management problem within the application, but unfortunate in normal mode i still face the same issue.
We have made number of steps suspecting something is problematic in my environment/OS, however please keep in mind that problem started to occur after patching Website X5 and i have no other issues on my computer.
Would it be better to create a dump from the crash what you can analyze?
Please let me know our options here.

Hello Pintar,
The error you receive doesn't depends on the program itself but on an OS enivroment issue and these files are not modified by the program but just loaded to work.
Also an update cannot modify these windows system files. Probably the update uses a different function of one of these files and so the error comes out since this file is not working correctly.
I would suggest to try to repair the windows installation so the sysmte files are fixed and the files you created are still on the computer.

I have ran built-in system file checker utility to scan and repair all Windows files, it found only a warning by one of the built-in cannon printer drivers. Unfortunate the issue is still there, after running the tool.

I’m using Win8.1, unfortunate I cannot install .NET 2.0 to it, however .NET 3.5 is built-in and enabled, which also contains 2.0 framework, but we already tried to reinstall this without luck.
To be honest, I opened this ticket, because I thought you have some kind of logging implemented in the application with we can find or narrow down the problem. Maybe this could be a future feature in the upcoming release, but this is only a small wish from my side. But currently I think we are going in circles and I don’t see any chance for resolution.
Currently I learnt to live with the problem, so I would say, stop troubleshooting and close this ticket.

Unofrtunately we do not offer this type of service. The problem seems related to the .NET Frameworks and also if .NET 2 is inside 3.5 it is not complete and in some cases it helped to solve the issue to reinstall it separately.
