Strange graphic on one page???

WSX5 11 Pro:
I'm getting a strange graphic on one of my pages and I can't find the sourse. Have a look at http://midsouthmc.org/news---forms.html . Notice at the bottom of the page this is large graphic that I did not place there. See attached image.

when using a template Website x5 and you have a long text, it is part of the template to descend. Reduce your obvlenie column.

Huh?? What is a "obvlenie column"??
James, the height of your page is 3104 and the height of the background you set for your template is 2872. when it get short it will repeat it self.
you have 2 option:
1. make the page shorter
2. make the template bg taller.
if you choose number 2, I can help you with that. download the attachment and replace it with your current bg.
