Error while sending your order

Hello, when I submit my order from my e-shop www.farenchemia.sk, the message "error while sending your order". The order is However made, a confirmation e-mail is delivered to me as a customer. Customer based on the error message still trying again. The same order then held several times - but each has a different number. I tried to delete a page from the server, upload them again and this did not help. Server uses PHP 5.5 These problems have arisen after the upgrade version 10.1.12.57 , in previous version it worked no problem. Now I use version 11.0.4.21 Can you please help? Thank you.

Go to www.farenchemia.sk/admin and log in, see if everything is ok inside test tab.

do you have a folder name "Public _Html" inside your server/host ? if yes, Upload your website inside that folder.

From the error message in your Admin section it seems the PHP Sessions support is no longer active. Please contact you hosting provider to ask how to activate again the PHP Sessions support and then try again to make an order to check if then it works correctly.
