Bug regarding cells display in Windows - pro 11

Hello,If you check the page:
http://www.kronoscopie.fr/fonds-d-ecran.html
you'll see that the cell at the bottom of the page is not displayed centered. And yet, it looks OK from within the program and OK in preview too.
It concerns several pages on my website. OK within Website X5 Pro 11 but not once uploaded, whetehr I use Firefox, Opera or IE to check it.
This suggests a bug somewhere.

first you need to fix the height of your background, you page height number is higher that your background height, first fix that one! that might fix the secound part automatically!
your page height is: 3771px
your background height is: 2724
you have 2 options:
1. make your background height taller.
2. make your page shorter.
