Multi-language pages

Attempting to create multiple-language website.
First I had a page in Czech. I copied your site (in point project selection)translate all pages into English. So now I have two version:one Czech, one English.
in the Czech version I have in the basic setup URL http://ates-cz.cz language -CZ
In the advanced setting, the welcome page-setting language EN
In English version, basic setting, URL:http://ates-cz.cz/en/index.html language-EN
I do everything according to instructions from the help, I do not know what is wrong, that I do not want to work. I'm not sure how to create subfolders for different language versions.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
When I publish my pages everytime I see that which was publised later. I think my two version do not conect together.

You need to create 2 projects, one english one czech. You alread have that.
You need to uploud them to your webhost in 2 different places ! 1 in the standard location: http://ates-cz.cz
The englisch one in this location: http://ates-cz.cz/en
You can create a "en" map in x5 in step 5 select upoad site, click next twice. You now see your hosting maps, use the create map (create new folder) button on top (the third one from the left) Name that map 'en' (beware of using capitals or not, if not then use them in linking also not)
now select the 'en' map or folder, then upload yoour englich version there.
now you have 2 languages, the only thing to do is make a link in englisch version to the english version home site and make a link next to it to the czech version and link it to the czech website. (without 'en')
Do the same on the czech site but then offcource the other way around.
