Files missing from 'Website Export to Internet' window

I have added about 40 pages to my website which I can navigate to in Preview Mode.
But when I try to export them to the server the files representing them are missing from the list of files on the 'Website Export to Internet' window.
How can I solve this problem? Any ideas anybody?

did you mark you pages as under construction pages? that could be the only reason. also remember during the upload choose entire website and not just updated pages.
