I have customers that have existing website and I need to import them into my software (Website X5) is there a way to do this?

X5 uses a proprietary format that is converted to code by the program before uploading to the internet. It can't take an existing site and reverse the process as the site could have been created by any number of other programs that are just not compatible with X5.
What you CAN do is copy and paste content from the existing site into X5 to create a new site. That's better than starting completely from scratch, even though it wont result in an exact copy of the existing site.
