Url with show box not working

Hello,
I just purchased and upgrade from X5 version 9 to X5 version 11 and found that the "URL with showbox" facility is not working
I am trying to put a video in the show box and just get a black screen. This used to work on Version 9

All fixed. It does not lisk a file beginning with www://https
