Advertising Message X5 V11 - Could not load plugin

Tried to use the Advertising Message in X5 V11 but after completing the steps, the home page flashes up a message "couldn't load the plugin". Any clues please?

Hello Alan,
Download the file from following link:
http://files.websitex5.com/answers_topic_files/extensions/Extensions.zip
Unzip it and then move the folder Extensions in:
C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v11 - Evolution\
Once done start the program and then try again to use the Advertising message to see if then it works.

Hi Claudia,
Adding the two files in the EXTENSIONS folder solved the problem. I actually had an Extensions folder before but there were no files in it.
