Problems with cyrillic fonts

Hello! The problem is this: in the preview characters instead of Russian letters. Perhaps there was a problem with Windows. Now open the source code and see that in the .html file also hieroglyphs, although when editing text blocks everything appears normal. How to solve this problem? Screenshot attached.

How are you entering the text in the program?
Are you writing directly in the text object or you paste the text from another source?
What keyboard language setting are you using in Windows?
