Problem Export only modified files

Hi,
in my program 11 proffesional i can see function to export only modified files but somehow i can't use it.So when i modified something i have to reupload wjole website again.So can someone help me solve this.

This depends on your changes and project and will be available if it can be used.
The setting will go automaticly to only modified files if it's possible.
Just wait and keep on working, it will be usable to set in time....
